SyncMetric s.r.o. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at office@syncmetric.sk.
2. Data We Collect
We collect data you provide directly through the contact, qualifier, consent, and onboarding forms, including name, email address, phone number, company name, messages, project answers, and recorded consent. We also collect technical data via analytics cookies (GA4) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) if you consent.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data to respond to enquiries and deliver contracted services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations such as invoicing (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and for analytics and marketing only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 2 years unless a contract is formed, in which case it is kept for 10 years as required by Slovak accounting law. You may request deletion at any time for data processed on the basis of consent.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise your rights, contact us at office@syncmetric.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
6. Third Parties
We use Resend to deliver form notifications and TwentyCRM to manage contacts and enquiries. If you consent, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel collect usage data. We do not currently process payments on this website and we do not sell personal data (see how Google uses this data: google.com/policies/privacy/partners/).
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you click Accept in our cookie banner. You can change your preference by clearing the sm_consent cookie in your browser settings.
