Terms of Service

1. Provider
These Terms govern the use of services provided by SyncMetric s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic. Contact: office@syncmetric.sk.
2. Services
SyncMetric offers fixed-scope web design and development packages (Landing, LeadGen) and a custom-scoped service. The exact deliverables for each package are described on the services pages at the time of purchase.
3. Enquiries and Orders
The website checkout records your consent and collects onboarding information for an enquiry. It does not take payment or by itself create a binding paid order. Scope, price, payment terms, and any applicable VAT are confirmed separately in a written offer or contract.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off)
Consumer customers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Submitting the website consent and onboarding forms does not start paid work or automatically waive that right. Any request for work to begin during the withdrawal period will be confirmed separately where legally required.
5. Delivery and Revisions
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of purchase. Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate order. SyncMetric is not liable for delays caused by the client failing to provide required materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncMetric's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. Consumer customers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
